Cell Growth on FineView^TM Microplate

Cells grow better on the FineView Polymer microplate than other substrates due to the exeptionally low surface adhesion. The following pictures show HEp-2 cells after 12 hours growth on glass and FineView polymer microplate. The growth is almost double in the FineView plate and adhesion is around 50% less. Cell shape is also much more natural.

Cut Out Background Fluorescence with FineView^TM Microplate

Plastic and glass microplate can suffer from background fluorescence interfering with sensitive measurements. FineView polymer microplate offer a much lower background fluorescence allowing more sensitive minimum detectable amounts.
