Information about how to place your order with Kromatek
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and services you purchase from us. Please read the following notes before you shop with us.

Guidance on online purchase
- Our payment system is made using Barclaycard services so that your credit card details are completely secured and not stored on our server.
- All good are supplied from our offices in Great Dunmow, Essex, UK.
- We aim to despatch all items from stock in 1 to 3 working days.
- In the event of an item being out of stock we will inform you by email the estimated delivery time. If possible we will offer you an alternative item at the same price. Or in the event of a delay in delivery we will offer you the choice to wait or to cancel the order.
- All items are quoted in GBP pounds sterling.
- All electrical or electronic items are supplied with UK standard voltage and power cord. If you require any product for use overseas, please contact the office to check to see if we have the item in other power options (this is usually the case, most of our products use switching transformers so are fully compatible with many worldwide systems).
Ordering from the office
You can order any item with direct order to our office;

- send your written order by email to inbox@kromatek.co.uk (do not include credit card details in the email, we will phone you to arrange payment).
- fax to 01371 873237.
- We offer open order payment on account based on net 30 days, please ask the office for further details about opening an account.
Goods Return
- All items are supplied with a UK warranty for parts and labour for a period of not less than 12 months. In the event of product failure, please contact our service department on 01371 876500 (ask for Returns dept.) to obtain a goods return number (GRN) before returning the item.
- For any item ordered in error, if it has been ordered from our stock and is returned undamaged, we will offer a full refund with the exception of postage and packing costs.
- If we have quoted for a 'special order' item; we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any returns which are not faulty.
