Pre-prepared standards are provided in ready-to-use auto-sampler vials, just add the solvent in the appropriate amount to adjust to the intended concentration. Three injections of three different vials with preset mixes of molecular weights and given concentrations provides the recording of a complete calibration curve for nine to twelve standards
